A bit under the weather...

I woke up this morning feeling like death.  But really, Andy just spread his sickness germs to me and I feel like he did this weekend.  So I'll be spending my sunny day off from work, inside... in the dark, and cuddled up with the dogs.

I'm delving into the world of green smoothies as we speak.  Taking baby steps of course.  Lots of fruit, with just a little bit of swiss chard thrown in there for the "green" effect.  Like I said.  Baby Steps.  And who knows, maybe it'll make me feel better.

  7. Greens are THE super food! Go for it! I just recovered from an allergy nose dive, and I really think loading up with nutrients helped. That and 16 episodes of Hawaii-Five-O (the new one) in a row. If Alex O'Laughlin and Scott Caan can't perk you up, I'd be surprised!

  10. Oh no Peggy! I hope you are feeling better. My kids sort of started to get sick too.... I must watch out! Take good care of yourself and rest well. :-)

  11. Feel better, stay in bed, (is it the flu)? Watch comedies if you can (the funny bone can really help improve your cold..frame of mind and all that), but if your eyes are tired just nod off and sleep..
